DX means that advances in digital technology and data utilization drastically changes aspects of society including private lives, public administration, industrial structure, and employment. Industry 4.0 places technology as an element that increases production with the extensive use of automation systems, Society 5.0 (S5.0) places people at the centre of technological change and innovations. S5.0 is inevitable and an opportunity; it will be an Imagination Society, where DX combines with the imagination and creativity of diverse people to solve social problems and create value.
